Approve the reference
Confirm the structure, dimensions, artwork and sample scope. Record any changes before the production specification is approved.
- 02
Prepare & print
The storefront process includes plate preparation, material cutting and printing. The route depends on the approved artwork and construction.

Apply the chosen finish
Lamination, UV, foil and embossing are selected according to the order. Not every stage applies to every product.
- 04
Cut, fold & assemble
Die cutting, creasing, gluing and folding create the finished structure. Confirm insert positioning and the intended opening.

Review the finished pack
Agree the checks for dimensions, print, appearance and assembly against the approved reference.
- 06
Prepare for dispatch
Confirm quantities, outer carton requirements, packing arrangements and shipment details before dispatch.
