How to specify a custom magnetic gift box
Choose the construction
Most styles in this range are rigid gift boxes, and many close with a magnetic flap lid. Collapsible versions fold flat for shipping — our standard foldable style packs at about 30 × 20 × 0.6 cm and 0.12 kg per box — which keeps carton volume down until you pack your products. Ribbon-tie and carry-handle versions are also available.
Board and paper
The box body is made from rigid cardboard or greyboard and finished with coated art paper or kraft paper. Corrugated board is available when the set is heavy or has to travel as its own shipping pack.
Printing and finishing
Artwork is printed by CMYK offset printing, with the colour matched to your files. Finish the wrap with matt or gloss lamination or varnish, then highlight the logo with spot UV, foil stamping, embossing or debossing.
Inserts
Hold products in place with a paperboard, foam or EVA, satin-lined or corrugated insert cut to your items — for cosmetics sets, bottles, jewelry and accessories.
Size and quantity
Every box is made to the inner dimensions you need. Send the product size and weight, the quantity and your logo or artwork; your quote confirms the MOQ for the size, board and finish you choose.
